ITINERARY

Here is a day-by-day description of the tour:

Day 1 – Arrival in Tahiti
You land in Papeete, the vibrant capital of French Polynesia, greeted by warm, flower-scented air. After your transfer to the hotel, spend your first hours strolling through the central market, exploring stalls filled with tropical fruits, fresh fish, and local handicrafts – a gentle introduction to Polynesian culture. In the evening, head to Les Roulottes, the famous food trucks by the waterfront, where the relaxed atmosphere and fragrant grills will help you unwind after your flight.

Day 2 – The lush heart of Tahiti
Today you explore the island’s wild side. A 4x4 tour through Papeno’o Valley takes you past tropical jungle, hidden waterfalls, and volcanic cliffs covered in lush vegetation. The humid air, exotic bird songs, and breathtaking scenery create an almost magical atmosphere. For a more active option, hike to Fautaua Waterfall, one of the tallest waterfalls in the world. After lunch, relax at a Polynesian spa or by the pool to recharge.

Day 3 – Tahiti Iti and volcanic beaches
Discover the southern part of the island, where nature feels untouched and authentic. Visit Teahupo’o, one of the world’s most famous surf spots, where gigantic waves challenge even the best surfers. Continue to the Museum of Tahiti and Her Islands to learn about local culture and traditions, then stop at Pointe Venus, a black-sand beach with a historic lighthouse marking the spot where James Cook anchored. As the sun sets, the sky and ocean come alive in a spectacular display.

Day 4 – Arrival in Bora Bora
A short, scenic flight brings you over turquoise reefs to Bora Bora. The view of the lagoon with Mt. Otemanu rising majestically at its center is unforgettable. Upon arrival at your resort, check in to your overwater bungalow and enjoy the luxury of stepping straight into the lagoon from your terrace. The afternoon can be spent relaxing, kayaking, or paddleboarding, soaking in the beauty of this paradise.

Day 5 – Lagoon adventure
Dive into the heart of Bora Bora’s famous lagoon. Snorkel among colorful coral gardens, swim alongside graceful rays and reef sharks – a memory you’ll treasure forever. Lunch is served on a private island: a Polynesian-style barbecue with fresh fish and exotic fruits. Spend the day immersed in sparkling waters, warm sun, and the feeling of being in an untouched corner of the world.

Day 6 – Safari and local culture
Start the morning with a 4x4 island safari, discovering not only stunning landscapes but also historical fragments – World War II cannons, fragrant vanilla plantations, and viewpoints over the luminous lagoon. In the afternoon, visit a black pearl farm to learn about the delicate cultivation process and choose a unique souvenir. End the day with a sunset cruise, watching the sky and water transform into dramatic shades of red and orange, perhaps accompanied by a cocktail.

Day 7 – Relaxation and Polynesian traditions
Enjoy a day at your own pace. Snorkel, jet ski, or simply lounge on the sun-drenched lagoon. In the evening, the resort hosts a Ma’a Tahiti themed dinner, combining traditional dishes with Polynesian music and dance – a perfect immersion in the islands’ spirit.

Day 8 – Last day in Bora Bora
A final day for total relaxation. Take a last snorkeling session in the lagoon, kayak around the motus, or explore more secluded islets where serenity reigns. In the evening, return to Tahiti for one last overnight stay, soaking in the island atmosphere.

Day 9 – Departure
Time to say “farewell” to French Polynesia. Depending on your flight schedule, you can enjoy a last stroll, pick up souvenirs, or simply relax before heading to the airport.
