How can I order a Gift Card?
The Gift Card / Voucher can only be ordered through the website www.terra-trips.com. Click on “Order Gift Card” or “Corporate Order” and fill in the form following the instructions.
Can I purchase a Gift Card in euros?
The Gift Card / Voucher is issued in euros (EUR), and payment must be made to an euro account.
I have paid for the Gift Card. When will I receive it?
We will email you the Gift Card / Voucher once your payment is confirmed in our bank account statement.
Can I receive a physical Gift Card?
The Gift Card / Voucher is issued in electronic format. We will send it to the email address you provided when you placed your order.
How long is the Gift Card valid?
The Gift Card / Voucher is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. The purchase date is the date when the payment is registered in our bank account.
Can I order multiple Gift Cards in a single order?
Absolutely! You can order as many Gift Cards as you wish in a single order. Please mention in the order form how many Gift Cards you want, the value of each, and the recipient’s name for each Gift Card.
How do I use my Gift Card?
It’s super simple! Choose your tour and reserve your spot. Then, let us know at contact@terra-trips.com that you want to use your Gift Card for that tour.
Just send us your name (as it appears on the Gift Card), the voucher code, the amount, and the name of the tour.
Can I use the Gift Card for multiple tours?
The Gift Card can be used only once. So when you inform us about redeeming it, please let us know if you want to use it for a single tour or for several at once.
