Wooden stalls will delight us with aromatic mulled wine and traditional treats, all under the watchful gaze of Wawel Castle, the former royal residence that will take us back in time. In this eclectic city, we will also enjoy some thrilling immersive experiences at Lost Souls Alley and the House of Attractions, where reality turns into fantasy.

To experience more of Poland's charm, we will explore Zakopane, where breathtaking landscapes and panoramic views of the Tatra Mountains await, and visit the Wieliczka Salt Mine, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, where the labyrinth of salt sculptures and underground galleries will leave us in awe.

ITINERARY

Here is a day-by-day description of the places included in the tour.

Day 1: Krakow
Arrival in Kraków and transfer to accommodation. Meeting with the guide at the hotel in the afternoon. Free time to relax and explore the city center, where the streets lit up in festive decorations create a fairytale atmosphere. In the evening, enjoy dinner at a local restaurant.

Day 2: Kraków City Tour
A day dedicated to the fascinating history of the city, former residence of Polish kings and one of the oldest cities in Poland. A local guide will lead us through the cobbled streets once walked by the famous astronomer Nicolaus Copernicus, and we will visit the former home of Pope John Paul II, a place full of spirituality and history. Next, we will reach Wawel Castle, an architectural gem that once housed Polish kings, and Wawel Cathedral, where we’ll feel the weight of history in every stone. We won’t miss the trumpeter at St. Mary’s Basilica, whose music resonates every hour, adding even more charm to the place. After a hearty meal, we’ll have free time to explore other attractions, such as the Church in the Main Square or the Archaeological Museum, to discover treasures of Polish history.

Day 3: Wieliczka Salt Mine
Wieliczka Salt Mine is an underground labyrinth full of wonders. We’ll descend to a depth of 135 meters to explore the impressive galleries, where art and nature blend perfectly. We’ll be amazed by the salt sculptures and artistic installations that pay tribute to the history of salt extraction. On our return to Kraków, we’ll have the opportunity to have fun at the House of Attractions, where the Infinity Room and Mirror Maze will challenge our senses and offer unforgettable moments.

Day 4: Zakopane
This day will be dedicated to an excursion in Zakopane, a dream mountain destination with spectacular landscapes and fresh, crisp air. We can look forward to a variety of attractions, old markets, shops, restaurants, and terraces where we can savor traditional dishes and experience the local atmosphere. Taking the cable car up Gubałówka Mountain will reveal breathtaking views of the Tatra Mountains.

Day 5: Kraków Christmas Market
Relaxation and exploration, enjoying the festive atmosphere of the famous Christmas Market! We’ll be able to taste aromatic mulled wine and delicious traditional dishes while strolling among the huts decorated with twinkling lights. Those who wish to discover more of Kraków or its surroundings will have the option to join additional tours or excursions, to enjoy all that this wonderful city has to offer.

Day 6: Departure
Your trip has come to an end, and you are free to depart at any time from Krakow.
